These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of ToonsNetwork’s Website, located at https://toonsnetwork.com.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use ToonsNetwork if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and is compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of the provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

Content`s usage

ToonsNetwork original material (labeled "Commercial Use" on the image) is a work created and uploaded to the ToonsNetwork platform by the ToonsNetwork design and ToonsNetwork contract designer. ToonsNetwork users can use the original material for commercial purposes if they follow the ToonsNetwork clause, but they cannot sublicense the original work. At the same time, ToonsNetwork offers 10 downloads per day to free users. You can use the original material for commercial purposes if you download it, but you must attribute it to ToonsNetwork and cannot print it. If the original work contains a portrait of a real person, the portrait will only be displayed as a template, and the user should replace the portrait they are using. If the user is able to contact the portrait person and obtain permission for the portrait, the picture can be used without replacing the portrait.

Nobody can use ToonsNetwork to download resources without ToonsNetwork's permission; no one may copy or imitate websites or non-ToonsNetwork servers to create images, ToonsNetwork logo, source code, and all page layout design, copyright is not authorized, and cannot be used for anything other than ToonsNetwork website. ToonsNetwork defaults to all users who enter the ToonsNetwork homepage, please read the terms of this agreement carefully and agree completely, please understand!

How to attribute ToonsNetwork content?

Free users can navigate to the image detail page and click "How to attribute" to learn how to credit the website and the rights.

When the non-subscription account to which you belong downloads and uses images, you must include the website link and creator attribution as necessary for storage, publication, and provision on other social media or other services.

You must not:

  • Republish material from ToonsNetwork
  • Sell, rent, or sub-license material from ToonsNetwork
  • Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from ToonsNetwork
  • Redistribute content from ToonsNetwork

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

Parts of this website offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. ToonsNetwork does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of ToonsNetwork, its agents, and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who posts their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, ToonsNetwork shall not be liable for the Comments or for any liability, damages, or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this website.

ToonsNetwork reserves the right to monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive or causes a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

You warrant and represent that:

  • You are entitled to post the Comments on our website and have all necessary licenses and consents to do so;

You hereby grant ToonsNetwork a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit and authorize others to use, reproduce and edit any of your Comments in any and all forms, formats, or media.

Free users may only download image content for personal and private use, such as mobile phone computer wallpapers, personal social media, personal greeting cards/invitation letters, and so on.

When using the image, the source or attribution must be indicated, and any form of sale is prohibited.

In a non-commercial setting, charitable non-profit organizations can use it without requiring a license, but the source must be acknowledged.

Restrictions on the use of image content

You cannot:
1. Use image content that is not explicitly provided by the license you purchased in connection with such image content.

2. When depicting any character ("model") portrayed in the content of the picture, the way it is portrayed makes the normal person feel offended, including but not limited to portraying the model as 
a) with obscene works, "adult video", adult entertainment venues, accompanying services, dating services, or similar content; 
b) related to advertising or promotional activities of tobacco products; 
c) participation in political activities (such as any political parties, candidates, elected officials, advertising, or support activities), or involving Any political policy or opinion; 
d) suffering from or being treated for physical or mental illness; or 
e) participating in unethical or illegal activities.

3. Use any image content in obscene works, defamatory or false content, or in ways that are defamatory, obscene, or illegal.

4. Resell, redistribute, access, share or transfer any Image Content or rights, except as expressly provided herein. For example, but not limited to, Content is prohibited from appearing as a "library" of the Content (or a component thereof), such that third parties may search for and select the Content.

5. Use Image Content in a way that infringes the trademark or other intellectual property rights of a third party or results in fraudulent advertising or unfair competition claims.

6. Use any Image Content (in whole or in part) as a trademark, service mark, logo or other mark of origin or as part of the above use.

7. falsely or reasonably implied that the image content has been created by a person other than you or the copyright holder of the image material or the work is claimed to be copyrighted.

Hyperlinking to our Content

The following organizations may link to our Website without prior written approval:

  • Government agencies;
  • Search engines;
  • News organizations;
  • Online directory distributors may link to our Website in the same manner as they hyperlink to the Websites of other listed businesses; and
  • System wide Accredited Businesses except soliciting non-profit organizations, charity shopping malls, and charity fundraising groups which may not hyperlink to our Web site.
